Problem

Users were willing to have a deep first conversation with AI, but one good conversation did not naturally become continued use.

Hypothesis

Conversational AI can help users feel understood and organized, but a single conversation is not enough to create long-term retention.

What I did

    Completed the PRD, product logic, interface design and mini-program launch

  2. 02

    Recruited more than 100 test users with one Xiaohongshu post from the Wentian YU account

  3. 03

    Ran the community test and tracked first-use behavior and day-two retention

Decision
